Refund and Returns Policy

365CourseAcademy sells access to online courses (digital content). This policy explains when you can cancel a purchase or receive a refund.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days if you have not yet accessed the course. Email support@365courseacademy.com with your order number. Using the standard withdrawal form is optional.

2. When the right of withdrawal no longer applies

At checkout you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once you have accessed the course. After that, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

3. Defective or inaccessible courses

If a course is materially defective, or you cannot access it because of an error on our side, contact us. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days. Course access is removed when the refund is processed.

5. Access period

Access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The end of the access period does not entitle you to a refund.
