Org. no. 819 157 502
Ravnkollbakken 25, 0971 Oslo, Norway
Email: support@365courseacademy.com

These terms apply to all purchases made through 365courseacademy.com. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Products

365CourseAcademy sells access to online courses (digital content). Courses are delivered through our learning platform at lms.365courseacademy.com. Course descriptions, skill level, and scope are stated on each course page.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are stated in USD, including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider (PayPal). Your order is confirmed by email once payment is completed.

4. Delivery

Access to your course is provided immediately after completed payment. You will receive login details for the learning platform by email. Course access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Your access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal (angrerett)

Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content delivered immediately, the following applies: At checkout, you consent to the course being made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun. This means that once you have been given access to the course, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

If you have NOT accessed the course, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days by contacting support@365courseacademy.com. Use of the standard withdrawal form (angrerettskjema) is optional; an email is sufficient.

6. Refunds

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal described above, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. If a course is materially defective or inaccessible due to errors on our side, and we cannot remedy the problem within reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course content – including videos, text, exercises, and downloadable materials – is the property of 365CourseAcademy or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. Copying, distributing, or publishing course content is not permitted.

8. Organizational licenses

Courses may be licensed to companies, public agencies, and educational institutions for use on their own learning platforms. Organizational licenses are tied to the organization’s registration number and governed by a separate license agreement. Contact support@365courseacademy.com for demo access and terms.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including sharing of access or misuse of content.

10. Limitation of liability

Our courses are educational products. While the content is built on professional experience and recognized standards, completing a course does not constitute formal certification unless explicitly stated, and we are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on course content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers may bring complaints to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Disputes may be brought before the ordinary Norwegian courts.
